Unparalleled experience of navigating the Beagle Channel to the East enjoying the wonderful landscapes of the canal and the mountains that surround it, there you can see the Puerto Williams Naval Base on the Chilean coast and on the Chilean coast the Puerto Williams Naval Base, and reach the Hammer Island where We will have the opportunity to see a colony of Magellanic Penguins and some specimens of Papua penguins.

Itinerary
This is a typical itinerary for this product

Stop At: Isla Martillo, Ushuaia Argentina

We set sail from the local tourist dock along the wide Ushuaia Bay until we reach the Beagle Channel through the Paso Chico.

There we sail around the Isla de los Pájaros where we will appreciate the Fuegian bird watching Skúas, Black-browed Albatross, Steam Ducks, Cauquenes, Cook Gulls and Gray Gulls; and from Isla de los Lobos where we can observe sea lions with one and two hairs. Both islands belong to the Bridges archipelago.

Upon arriving at Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse (The Illuminators), we will be able to appreciate the colonies of Imperial Cormorants and Rock Cormorants; and also listen to the sinking history of the SS Monte Cervantes that starred in 1930.

Continuing, we will sail to the East enjoying the wonderful landscapes of the canal and the mountains that surround it, there we will see the Puerto Williams Naval Base on the Chilean coast and on the Chilean coast, and then we will arrive at the Hammer Island where we will have the opportunity of seeing a colony of Magellanic Penguins and some specimens of Papua penguins.

There, we turn to return to Ushuaia, sailing near the North coast of the Canal, appreciating the characteristic flora and seeing some historical sites such as the Estancia Tunnel and Estancia Remolino, where the semi-sunken hull of the Monte Sarmiento Steamboat has been located since 1912.

At the end of the journey you can be amazed by the view of the mountain range that surrounds the city of Ushuaia and its sumptuous nature that surrounds it. It is a tour of great historical and landscape value that we do, visiting privileged and interesting points throughout the trip, that you can discover sailing with Canoero Catamarans through the waters of the Beagle Channel.
