A tour that shows the magnificent memory left by the glaciers and that constitutes one of the most impressive landscape heritage in Argentina. The route surprises at every step with more and more beautiful views of mountains, streams, lakes, forests, silence. Successive stops along the way allow you to appreciate not only the beauty of the landscape but also the aroma of the forest and the sound of waterfalls.

In San Martín we will find a beautiful city on the shore of Lake Lacar, with spacious boulevards and streets adorned by an architecture that combines the tradition of wood with a modern and functional design. Lunch (not included) will be the excuse to spend a few hours here, in addition there will be time to travel freely. After a while in the town we return along the same road, arriving at Angostura at around 5.30 p.m.

The route of the 7 lakes begins on Route 40. Mirror Lake surprises visitors with its enormous geography of mountains reflected in its calm waters, while the coihues forest slips off the slopes.

The largest of the water mirrors of the Route of the Seven Lakes, unfolding imposingly among the Andean-Patagonian forest joining Lake Nahuel Huapi through the shortest river in the world

Pass By: Lago Falkner, San Carlos de Bariloche, Río Negro, Argentina

One of the most beautiful of the Seven Lakes Route, protected from the wind and with huge sandy beaches ideal for rest.

Pass By: Lago Villarino, Neuquen, Argentina

Joining its waters with Lake Falkner, Lake Villarino forms a spectacular natural space in the middle of the Route of the Seven Lakes. Large, it displays all its importance to the right of the route, framed by a forest of coihues and mountain ranges. Through the homonymous river, it joins Lake Villarino to form a large basin.

Its location, hidden in the dense forest gives it its name. It is a small lake, oval in shape of 850 m long and 250 m wide.

There are small crabs in almost all the lakes of southern Argentina, hidden among the stones of its coasts.

It has just 1.5 km2 of surface.

The lake runs east-west, drains through the mountain range to the Pacific. Its surface is 49 km2 and its depth is 277 m.
