Barra beach is located in Barra neighborhood, being the second beach of this neighborhood. The beach begins next to Fort Santo Antonio da Barra, known as Farol da Barra, where is the Nautical Museum of Bahia, and extends to the Morro do Cristo, where there is an image of Christ the Redeemer.
