Between the Juréia-Itatins Ecological Station, in São Paulo, and the municipality of Paranaguá, Paraná, is the largest continuous stretch of Atlantic Forest in the country and one of the largest nurseries of marine fauna in the world, the Lagamar. A territory of 200 kilometers long consisting of islands, hills, bays, beaches, lagoons, incredible landscapes and preserved species. In addition to the natural attributes, the lagoon complex is also a great stage of cultural riches, thanks to the traditional handicraft activities and the cuisine of the quilombola and caiçaras communities, and their historical monuments.
This itinerary consists of 4 days of pure contemplation among deserted beaches and nooks and crannies. It is approximately 75 kilometers of cycling in one of the most preserved and beautiful regions of the country.

Itinerary

This itinerary starts and ends in the city of Cananéia-SP and all participants must be present at the guest house until 11am so that it is possible to perform all the luggage preparation as well as adjusting the bikes to start our trip.

The ride starts in Cananéia-SP, still in the state of São Paulo, and goes to Ilha do Mel, which is in Paraná. To go from island to island, we use the local fisherman's boats. On the way back, speedboats take us from Ilha do Mel to Cananéia, where we depart back to the inn to end the program. The complete script is done in 4 days.

- I have no bike. Can I go anyway?
If you can pedal, yes! We rented one of our skinny ones for R $ 300,00 for the 4 days. It is revised and equipped with safety lights and saddlebags (each traveler is responsible for carrying their own luggage).

- Can I?
This script has difficulty between easy and moderate level and can be done by almost everyone. We do not advise anyone with an uncontrolled heart problem or serious physical problem.
