With 1280m of altitude, Serra Queimada is located between the municipalities of Nova Friburgo, Casimiro de Abreu and Macaé, and is covered by a lush portion of Atlantic Forest.

After 2 hours of climbing, the 360 ° view of the mountain valley and the lakes in the background offers a breathtaking and hard-to-imagine contemplation experience, showing the green expanse that stretches across this part of the state.

Itinerary

06: 30h / 07:00 - Meeting points - General Osório / Arcoverde respectively
08h - Stop in the municipality of Cachoeiras de Macacu, before arrival at Lumiar, for rest.
09h - Expected arrival at the base in Lumiar, where we will continue to the activity site later, where begins the walk through the woods between the Atlantic Forest.
11:30 pm - Expected arrival at the plateau, where there is contemplation, rest and time for photos.
13:00 - Start of descent to return - (Between 2 and 3 hours, depending on the condition of the river.
14: 30h - Arrival in the center of Lumiar, where we will follow the establishment of the Ranz brewery, with 01 beer or juice included per pax.
FREE TIME - Lumiar has a central region with several small trades, including handicrafts.
17h - Return to Rio de Janeiro - (With tolerance to leave at 17:30)
8:30 pm - Expected arrival at Arcoverde - Copacabana station, following to General Osorio station later.
