Once service is booked through Viator, guest will receive a message from the company advising the name of the driver, vehicle make, model and licence plate. The day of the arrival we constantly check the flight status to ensure that the driver will be on time the for the pick up. Driver is at spot 15 minutes prior arrival time and will meet guest with a hand sign with the name of the guest in the baggage claim area. Once the guest is ready to leave the airport Driver will lead them to the private vehicle. Once at the drop off destination driver will help the guest with the luggage.
