From 1935 when the Chinese Communist Party finished Long March to 1949, when the epilogue of Chinese Liberation War, Yan’an served as headquarter of CCP for 19 years. Itinerary

Day 1: Xian – Yan’an by Bullet Train (Lunch)

Stop At: Xi'an, Xi'an, Shaanxi
In the early morning, our tour guide will pick you up from the hotel in downtown Xian to North Xian Railway Station and take the bullet train D5082 (08:28/10:48) or similar train to Yan’an.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Zaoyuan Revolutionary Site of Yan'an, Zaoyuan Village, Zaoyuan Town, Baota District, Yan'an 716000 China
Arriving in Yan’an you will meet local driver and transfer to visit Date Garden (Revolution Site of Zaoyuan) where leaders of CCP lived and worked for over 10 years. The Date Garden was regarded as the site of the CCP Secretariat during the revolutionary period.

Stop At: Revolutionary Memorial Hall (Geming Jinianguan), Northwest of Baota District, Baota District, Yan'an China
Afterward visit Yan’an Revolutionary Memorial Hall where you will get some basic information of CCP and Chinese People’s Liberation War. Then check in at local hotel

Day 2: Yan’an – Xian by Bullet Train (Breakfast + Lunch)

Stop At: Yan'an Baota Pagoda, Jialing Mountain, South-east of Yan'an, Baota District, Yan'an 716000 China
Today’s tour starts with Pagoda Hill (Bao Ta Shan) from outside, a must-see spot which situated at the southeast of Yan’an. The mountain now has become “MT. Baota Park” and a landmark of Yan’an.

Stop At: Yangjialing Revolutionary Former site, Yangjialing Village, Baota District, Yan'an 716000 China
Continue to visit the Yangjialing where the older generation of revolutionaries, such as Mao Zedong, the founder of the People’s Republic of China, Premier Zhou Enlai, Zhu De and Liu Shaoqi made their residence there.
Duration: 3 hours

Stop At: Yan'an, Yan'an, Shaanxi
Last take the bullet train D5087 (16:35/18:52) or similar train back to Xian.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Xi'an, Xi'an, Shaanxi
Meet our driver in Xian and transfer back to your hotel.
