You’ll enjoy the 25-minute trek via the tropical rainforest to get to the lower waterfalls and a swimming spot where you can simply relax and enjoy this idyllic scene.

You will fall in love with the colonial architecture, cobbled roads and artisan workshops. You’ll cherish the spectacular views of the Suarez Canyon and relish the experience of making by hand your very own paper. You’ll savor your lunch and also have an opportunity to take a 2-hour hike to Guane.

Juan Curí Waterfalls:

As soon as you arrive you’ll be able to see the top waterfall from the car park, and it won’t disappoint. With a combined height of 820 ft (250 m) these waterfalls are both impressive and peaceful at the same time.

You’ll enjoy the 25-minute trek via the tropical rainforest to get to the lower waterfalls and a swimming spot where you can simply relax and enjoy this idyllic scene.

But if you, like many people who have traveled here before, would like to get to the top there are a series of ropes and ladders to help you on your way to find the perfect photo. If climbing up waterfalls is not your kind of thing there is also a short hiking trail, which can lead you to the same spot.

The top waterfall is 230 ft (70 m) in total, and as an optional activity you can rappel down a 165 ft (50 m) section for COP $50,000, approx $15.00
