Day 1: From Cocora to La Primavera

Stop At: Valle del Cocora, Salento Colombia
You will walk through the Cocora Valley heading to La Primavera
Duration: 1 hour

Day 2: From La Primavera to the Cocora Valley

Stop At: Parque Nacional Natural Los Nevados, Eje Cafetero, Manizales Colombia
It rises up to 4,000 meters above sea level, you can see the paramillo del Quindío and Nevado del Tolima (if weather conditions allow it), you return by a different route on the first day.
