Takes its name in homage to the Cuban engineer Francisco Javier Cisneros, precursor of the Antioquia Railroad. It is located between the EPM Library, the Vásquez and Carré Buildings and the old Railway Station. In 2002 it was remodeled and since then presents its current appearance.
