Take a Private Yoga Class in Paradise!

Imagine a personalized open-air yoga practice surrounded by the exotic jungle of Costa Rica - taking in the sounds of Nature while relaxing, grounding and turning inward as you flow through your sequence. Practice starts with Meditation and Pranayama (Yogic Breathing), followed by a sequence especially customized for you! We will also explore philosophical teachings, which you can take off the mat and into your daily live, giving you tools to return to the feeling of centeredness and connectedness anytime. The practice will be based on your unique needs and desires, honoring what serves you best at that particular moment in time. You also have the option of together creating a workshop-style class, if prefered, to help you deepen your practice, or work on something you are seeking personal instruction with. Practice will end with Savasana, leaving you with a feeling of well-being and healthfulness. All levels welcome! Photos to remember your experience can be provided upon request.

Itinerary

We will practice at the Villas/Accommodations you chose for your stay, space allowing. We can also practice at one of the local Yoga Shalas nearby in case your accommodation does not provide a comfortable space.
