Itinerary

Day 1: QUITO - COTOPAXI

Stop At: Cotopaxi National Park, Ecuador
Depart from Quito to the Cotopaxi National Park.
Duration: 5 hours

Stop At: Laguna de Limpiopungo, Latacunga Ecuador
Visit the Limpiopungo lagoon in the slopes of the volcano. Stay to enjoy the landscape and take beautiful pictures of the volcano and the lagoon. Visit the Mariscal Sucre Interpretation Center
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Cotopaxi Volcano, Tanicuchi Ecuador
Take a trek to the José Rivas Refuge. Leaving the Cotopaxi National Park, savor lunch and spend the night in the Hacienda.
Duration: 3 hours

Day 2: COTOPAXI - QUILOTOA - QUITO

Stop At: Mirador Shalala, Pujili, Quilotoa 050150 Ecuador
After breakfast, head through the Andean landscape to the Quilotoa area. Stop at the Shalala viewpoint, recognized for its transparent structure, and admire the beautiful Quilotoa lagoon with its incredible turquoise waters.
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Laguna Quilotoa, Laguna de Quilotoa, 070701 Ecuador
Visit the community viewpoint.
Duration: 15 minutes

Stop At: Sendero al Fondo del Crater, Quilotoa Ecuador
Start to descend towards the lagoon. Take some free time to explore the area. Start the return, a strong walk. Make a stop for lunch. Make your way back through a Tigua craft workshop, famous for its colorful pictures.
Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Canon del Rio Toachi, Kilometros Del Canton Sigchos 10, Pujili 050450 Ecuador
Visit the Toachi's river canyon before you return to Quito.
Duration: 15 minutes
