12-Day Classical Egypt Tour with Nile Cruise and Hurghada Red Sea Resort

Join this Cairo Nile cruise to Upper Egypt and then Hurghada Red Sea resort extension. This is a 12-day tour with 5-star accommodations and Egypt Air domestic flights.

Day 1 Arrival:

Arrive at Cairo Airport, meet your representative and transfer to your hotel in an air-conditioned van. Check-in and overnight at hotel.

Day 2: Saqqara (B)

Breakfast, meet your guide and driver and travel to Giza on the Nile's West bank. Visit the Giza pyramids and Sphinx, then drive south to Saqqara to see the Step Pyramid of Zoser. Return to your hotel for overnight.

Day 3 Cairo - Optional City tour  (B)

Breakfast, Free day or you can choose to purchase the

optional Cairo City tour to visit the Egyptian museum where you can see the collection of king Tut then visit the oldest part of Cairo where you can see the hanging church. 

Day 4: Aswan (B)

Breakfast, check out and transfer to Cairo Airport to catch your flight to Aswan. On arrival, meet your guide and representative, and visit beautiful Philae Temple by motorboat. Later, see the High Dam before checking in at your hotel and overnight.

Day 5: Aswan (B, L, D)

Breakfast, check out (Abu Simbel option without missing the felucca ride ) and enjoy a felucca boat ride on the Nile. Transfer to your cruise boat, embark and enjoy lunch on board. Sail to Kom Ombo before dinner and overnight on board.

Day 6: Aswan (B, L, D)

Breakfast, walk to Kom Ombo to visit the temple before sailing to Edfu. Lunch on board, visit Edfu temple or Hours Temple by horse-drawn carriage, and then cruise to Luxor. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 7: Luxor (B, L, D)

Breakfast, cross to the West bank in Luxor to visit the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple and Colossi of Memnon.  Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 8: Luxor / Hurghada (B, L, D)

Breakfast, cross to the East Bank of Nile to see the temples of Karnak and Luxor. Luxor was built for the worship of god Amon Ra. Karnak temples include several temples and begins with the spectacular Avenue of the Rams. Afterward, transfer to Hurghada on the Red Sea coast and your hotel. Overnight in Hurghada.

Day 9: Hurghada (B, L, D)

Free time in Hurghada to relax, swim or snorkel, and enjoy the food and drinks at your hotel with lively animation programs. Overnight in Hurghada.

Day 10: Hurghada (B, L, D)

Free time in Hurghada to relax, swim or snorkel. Overnight in Hurghada.

Day 11: Hurghada/Cairo (B)

Breakfast at your hotel in Hurghada, transfer to Hurghada Airport for your flight to Cairo. Arrive in Cairo, meet and assist and transfer to your hotel in Cairo for overnight.

Day 12: Cairo - Departure (B)

After breakfast, check out and transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight back home.
