You will have the unique chance to experience local traditions and food and coffee preparation!

Once home, surprise your friends with your home made injera and Ethiopian coffee!

I will take you to a local village where people live in the traditional Ethiopian way. You will learn how to make our traditional food injera, from start to finish! You will also make your own shibo (beans-based dip) that you will taste with the injera that you made!

You will also learn how to prepare and roast coffee beans, learning how to make the Ethiopian coffee salomoni, which we will share with the villagers!

You will also learn about traditions and the landscape.
