Stop At: Lake Tana, Ground floor from Blue Nile Hotel, Bahir Dar 1000 Ethiopia

Full day Itinerary
• After breakfast strait a ahead to fishery mark the place where you can see various birds and along the way you will see Tankwa( a vessel boat made of syrups papyrus plant) with fishermen and continue to the outlet of the Blue Nile river to see hippopotamus and birds, soon after drive to Zeghe peninsula and visit 14th c Betre Mariam monastery. From here you will experience forest hike between Ura Kidanemihiret and Betre Mariam around an hour hike through coffee plantation and indigenous huge trees. Along the way you will have lunch break under the trees and coffee testing with locals. After you visit Ura Kidanemihiret monastery the boat will pick you up at the local port and drive back to Bahir Dar.
• drive to the magnificent (August to December) view of Blue Nile falls soon you get off you will cross the Nile river by boat and walk around 15 minutes to reach the falls and then continue waking up and down to Alata bridge built in the time of emperor Sisinios, n the beginning of 16th century and then walk up to catch your car to drive back to Bahir Dar. Late afternoon drive to a very strategic hill top called Haile Silasie palace for a complete view of Bahir Dar city, Lake Tana and its island monasteries, the Nile River and the out let of the Nile.
