Here is an itinerary for the day:

1- We'll pick you up from your location and drive you to the meeting point.
2- Meet and greet upon arrival and proceed to our designated space for tasting
3- We'll begin with refreshments and a brief introduction of the establishment, the people cooking the food as well as the menu.
4- Then we'll proceed to order a variety of dishes off the menu and begin to experience and indulge. There are plenty of items to taste, so please try to come with a not full stomach.
5- We'll take breaks in-between to experience the traditional coffee.
6- We'll resume food tasting while we discuss the origin, history, properties, and preparation of the various dishes. We'll sample as many dishes as you can handle.
7- Once the session is complete, we'll present you with a thank you gift and with a car + a driver + gas to take you to around based on your location and schedule. You'll have the car available for use until 5 p.m.

Itinerary

Give your taste buds a vacation! This activity gives you the opportunity to experience the best of local cuisine.

The establishment prepares food from across cultures, local and international, but mainly specializes in dishes from Northern Ethiopia; It also emphasizes on healthy living through healthy choices.

We’ll pick you up from your location and drive you to the location. During the activity, you will taste declicious meals made from organically sourced produce, spices and ingredients and prepared by experienced cooks(chiefs). We’ll sample a dish from each item on the menu while discussing their properties and preparation.

If time and circumstances allow, we might also have the opportunity to observe as when some of the dishes are actually being prepared.

At the end of the activity, you will receive a thank you gift plus a driver with a car and gas to take/drive you whether you wish within city limits for the 3 hours. You could take this opportunity to drive to the market, or to the Entoto Traditional Clothing market, sightsee or whatever your heart desire.
