French Cooking-Class and Wine Testing

With this 5-hour cooking & wine tasting class, you will dive into French culture through its gastronomie and its wine.

Hello everyone !

When you're joining this authentich French cooking & Wine testing experience, we will meet and start by strolling throught a local bakery for you to have a sneak peek into the neightborhood daily life. Then we will head to my cosy kitchen in my flat.

- Cooking Class -
During this class you will learn to cook a farmers' market salad, a classic French ratatouille to go with a chicken or fish in sauce as well as a gratin dauphinois. We will finish our meal with the sweet taste of a crêpe.
The menu can vary according to the season and your specific request (allergies, food restriction ...).

- Wine Tasting -
You will dive into the magic world of smell and taste of French Wines, starting with a cheeseboard & cremant of Bordeaux. Julius, your Sommelier, will help you to learn basic skills of wine tasting and discover the main caracteristics of the wine region of Bordeaux and its wine production.
We will then do a comparative tasting of 4 different wines (whites & reds) which will allow you to better understand your own taste and define together your personal wine tasting profile.

Finally, you will enjoy your delicious meal paired with wines.
