The first castle
which you visit is Chateau de Chennonceau, it is one of the oldest and most beautiful
castles in the France that is today only surpassed by the might of the famous Versailles in
Paris. From the moment it was created, beauty and unique style of the castle that was built
over the river Cher attracted royalty and nobles from all around the Europe. Have an

After tasty
lunch head to your next destination which would be the famous chateau Chambord
Chambord is a radically unique work, one of the jewels in the heritage of humankind. Its
vocation is at once symbolic, aesthetic and spiritual. It is not only an affirmation of royal
power, but also an evocation of the ideal city; as a monument, it remains an enigma that
has yet to divulge all its secrets. Chambord is perhaps the equivalent in architecture of
Mona Lisa in painting. The royal hunting lodge Chateau de Chambord was started in 1519

by the Valois King Francis I. It was favoured by kings fond of hunting such as Henry II and
Louis XIV.
