From Freiburg, we propose you a beautiful tour with a local expert, explaining you everything about the complex history of Alsace, the local traditions and all the cultural aspects of this beautiful area of France.
A fantastic way to discover the most scenic area in the most professional and friendly manner, within the advantage of a comfortable and modern private minivan.

After a 1 hour drive from Freiburg according to the traffic, and having passing through the border, you'll arrive to Colmar (France). You'll be invited to join a historical walking tour in the medieval city's center, enjoying many of the half timbered houses, discovering the charming district of "little Venice", and maybe choosing to taste some local specialties on your own at the covered street market (closed on Mondays).
After some free time in town, we will need a 15 minutes ride to reach Eguisheim (classified one of the most beautiful villages of France), located in the heart of the panoramic wine road of Alsace. You will have a Lunch on your own, and plenty of free time to explore that fairy tale village .
Then, you will be driven to the magnificent village of Riquewihr for some more free time. This magnificent walled village is another gem of Alsace, it did inspire the set design for film of ‘Beauty and the Beast’ by Disney.
You'll be driven back slowly in the direction of Freiburg, concluding this beautiful day with the most beautiful memories.
