Mount Batur is an active volcano, with a height of about 1717 meters above sea level, first erupted in 1917, followed by a second eruption in 1926, both of which have left a large crater at the top, with a few bursts of steam which is used to steaming eggs, bananas, etc., cooked over hot steam for about 15 minutes and then put up as your breakfast. We let you share a unique cooking experience with our local guide. Enjoy the view of sunrise, while enjoying breakfast on the mountain top is really an unforgettable experience for your life time. Far to the east, Mount Rinjani seen on the island of Lombok adds extraordinary beauty of all your life experience. After breakfast, we continue to explore further down into the crater of the eruption in 1963. Before we leave this area we will take you to the Natural hot spring beside the volcanic lake to swim and relaxing your body and soul. To climb Mount Batur you will be lead by local guides under the supervision of “Batur Guide Organisation ‘, they were all very professional, and you will be safe and comfortable in their hands from the start point to finish and you can prove it.
