Experience with Local Family Artisan

Inspired Village Adventures provide conscious travelers with an invaluable opportunity to venture far beyond the beaten paths of Bali, to discover the local rural village life, and to be inspired by the beauty and creativity of Balinese culture. These adventures also support and incentivize local communities to keep and maintain their ancestral lands and sustainable way of living.

We will learn about sustainable agriculture and rural Innovation by traveling to the homes of farmers, fishermen,and villagers in remote parts of West Bali to meet with farmers and learn how they care for their crops. Through this experience, we hope to be more connected with rural communities of Bali, the agrarian way of life in Bali, and our relationship between our physical and spiritual selves and Mother Nature.

Itinerary

Making Red Brick

Here we will meet with the Mr. Komang Sudenia, see and learn in the manufacture of red bricks by empowering the existing resources in the vicinity.

Weaving Traditional Balinese Fabric "Ulon"

Moved to Komang Sudenia's wife, see, listening to the story and also learned in hand embroidering on fabric which one we called with Ulon fabric. where the fabric we hand embroidered later is about Balinese story.

Traditional Bamboo Flute Maker

Turning to a musical instrument, here we have the opportunity to make and learn with a local young artist (Mand De) son from Mr. Komang Sudenia, to make a bamboo flute. bamboo is one of the few Bali musical instruments.

Balinese Music Instrument

And not only on a flute, after that, we also have the opportunity to learn to carve and design a craft /another musical instrument.
