Itinerary

Day 1: ARRIVING BALI

Stop At: Ubud, Ubud, Gianyar Regency, Bali
It is only a short drive from the south of Bali to Ubud. Balinese kings, benevolent to the arts, transformed their court seat of into a true global village. Ubud shops, galleries and craft shops blend traditional arts and crafts with modern design. Visiting European artists, attracted by the lure of an untouched tropical paradise, were encouraged to stay. They gave new impetus to existing, local arts, while creating some exciting new forms in the process. This atmosphere reverbs to this day. A visit to Ubud means indulging in local arts, visiting temples and enjoying the archetypical Balinese surroundings of steep gorges and sculpted rice fields.

Day 2: UBUD - AWAKEN SPIRITUALITY

Stop At: Ubud, Ubud, Gianyar Regency, Bali
Start in early morning assisted by a local priest, with the ancient healing approach we will experience and learn how to open your chakra to promote spiritual healing. Welcoming with a Tulasi Tea Herbal Tea and Yogis fruits while an introduction of yoga and meditation philosophy is delivering, we then continue with the Hatha Yoga Session, the root of all yoga practices. Following with a meditation to identify the inner problem, afterwards the highest priest will proceed for the Seven Cakra Healing Purification. The water blessing purification is for balancing all cakras in human body. End the session with Dharma discussion on Life and stress management. You will also have a chance to do the healing consultation. Before return back to Ubud, we descend into a steep valley, location of the sacred Gunung Kawi, megalithic stone remembrances to some of Bali's long forgotten God-Kings.

Day 3: A JOURNEY TROUGH TIME

Stop At: Tukad Pakerisan, Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali, Indonesia
Today we journey to Pakerisan Valley, an 8th Century World Heritage site and birthplace of the Hindu Darma religion, to uncover the historical religious roots of modern day Bali. Our day starts with a short visit to the small temple located next to Holy Spring fed pools. Built in 1023, Tirtha Mengening roughly translates into “child waters” and offers a cleansing purification ritual conducted by a Balinese priest. After the ceremony, take a plunge into the cool spring waters of a gentle river, shaded by a large tree. Soak in the serene atmosphere, for this temple is seldom visited by tourists despite being one of the most sacred in the region. Continue to the temple nestled in the jungle; an ancient meeting point for Balinese priests to convene and write the following year’s of Balinese calendar. Savour a delicious organic vegetarian lunch while our guide for the day, an experienced researcher of Balinese spiritualism and curator of the Sukarno museum. Afterwards to see Pura Pegulingan, built as a Buddhist temple with a Hindu styled exterior in the 10th century, and as such is the only working Buddhist and Hindu temple in Bali. Closing of the journey, we will take you to the priest house where he will guide us in quiet meditation, before we drive to our next destination.

Day 4: GENTLE WALK THROUGH COUNTRYSIDE AND SUNSET BLESSING

Stop At: Tukad Pakerisan, Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali, Indonesia
Experience an exciting day in the Countryside of Central Bali, including a gentle walk through beautiful rice field terraces, learning about traditional coffee processing, plowing the rice fields with traditional methods and a stunning tranquil picnic lunch in the rice fields. Take a gentle walk through the picturesque landscape of terraced rice fields to the village where we will visit several local homes to step inside and experience the daily life of the local villagers. First we will practice to weave a traditional offering basket out of coconut leaves - a fundamental skill for Balinese, then followed with an afternoon blessing ceremony in the village temple. Proceed to learn all about coffee and join a cooking class with the local. At nearby rice field learn about rice and help a local farmer to cultivate the rice field, Bali's most important plant. At the end enjoy a picnic lunch in a bamboo hut with outstanding views of terraced rice fields before return back to the tent.

After sunset, take part in a rhythmic chanting ceremony where all participants will be dressed in proper Balinese temple dress. After an approximately 25 minute walk to a temple in the rainforest, a temple priest will lead you thru an old ceremony of blessing and asking the gods for more prosperous live, health and success.

Day 5: SPIRITUAL HARMONY

Stop At: Penulisan Temple, Jl. Raya Kintamani, Kintamani Indonesia
Today you'll drive on a scenic road to East Bali. A stop will be made to Penulisan Temple, designated as a cultural heritage site dating from 11 - 13 centuries. In here we will do a worshiping to Lord Shiva as a manifestation of Almighty God. In this temple there are many relics of the Megalithic period up to the entry of Hindu civilization to Bali with some uniqueness that makes it different from other temples. In Penelokan, you'll have a spectacular view on the lake and smoldering cone before heading to a hidden gem of waterfall. Mesmerized everyone who have managed to spot it. Well-guarded by the cliffs, the circular cliffs give you the feeling of being in a cave, while the open sky right from where the waterfall emerges, gives you the most enchanting view. The sunlight falls on the glistering waterfall creating a rainbow, which feels as though it is projected right up to you. If you have never seen water flowing from the sky, then this would be your chance. You can swim in the waterfall and get pretty close without getting too wet from the spray, so get your cameras ready. This quaint little waterfall is the perfect place to capture precious moments. You will then rest in a local manage bungalow located close to Besakih Temple.

Day 6: BLESSING OF MOTHER TEMPLE BESAKIH

Stop At: Tenganan Ancient Village, Jalan Raya Nyuh Tebel, Tenganan, Manggis Indonesia
Spiritual experiences in Bali help you reconnect with mother nature and discover some of the island’s holistic vibes. Nestled amid sweeping rice paddies, breathtaking mountains and peaceful streams lies Bali's most iconic temple, Mother Temple of Besakih, a sprawling complex of shrines and temples, dedicated to the thousands of Hindu deities. On auspicious dates, this massive temple draws tens of thousands of pilgrims, a place of worship and deep cultural significance where we will take part early in the morning. Later off for a visit to Tenganan, a fascinating place. It is thought to be the home of the original Balinese, the Bali-Aga, who adhere to a secluded life style, different from the other Balinese. Village life plays out in a walled community, separated from the rest of Bali. Up to this day, they are masters of ikat, an extremely difficult method of weaving, producing magnificent results. Grinsing, their sacred cloth, is supposed to magically protect the owners form disease. Your journey will end in a resort located within the beautiful, secure 22acre grounds of Bali’s most treasured Royal Water Palace at Tirtagangga and situated in the Karangasem Regency of East Bali which is overlooked by Mount Agung.

Day 7: TO THE PEAK OF LEMPUYANG TEMPLE

Stop At: Lempuyang Temple, Jl. Pura Telaga Mas Lempuyang, Karangasem 80852 Indonesia
Before the sun rising, drive further east to one of Bali’s oldest and most venerated temples, believed to DAY predate the majority of Hindu temples on the island. Enjoy splendid panoramas of the eastern Bali mountain range and coastline step after steep step, along with the lush surroundings and fresh mountain air. As your final journey, we will do worshiping in several main temples here until we reach the peak of Lempuyang Temple. Return back to your hotel, enjoy a delicious Balinese lunch style of Megibung in Tirtagangga, a water Palace, well-restored, it features a terraced area with numerous pools, water channels and fountains, set in a well-maintained garden with large stone statues, depicting traditional Balinese mythological figures.

The rest of the day, pamper yourself by having traditional massage treatment. A Balinese massage uses a combination of gentle stretches, acupressure to stimulate the flow of energy around your body, and bring deep relaxation. Using freshly made virgin coconut oil, this medium–firm massage using Balinese long, strong strokes, skin rolling, kneading, and reflexology techniques is to stimulate blood circulation and sooth aching
