• Arrival WAINGAPU enjoy the savannah scene of Sumba with roaming horses, cows and buffaloes. Visit some villages for the indigo coloured Sumba Ikat and the life in Savannah. Accommodation at Padadita Hotel or similar
• Drive eastwards to visit villages with typical Sumba Ikat. First, visit Waingapu Market for the daily economic life of the island. The visit to Pau, Rende and Kaliuda is included on today's program. Stay at Wera beach cottage or Padadita Hotel in Waingapu
• Today drive westward to reach Waikabubak - a small town at the interior of the island. Start early to visit and enjoy Tarimbang beach at the south coast of Sumba. Spend your time until mid day and then drive to Pahunga in Anakalang where the talent carved stone tomb of Sumba standing. Proceed to Praiijing - the beautiful traditional Sumba village. Stay at Hotel Manandang or similar
• Explore traditional villages in the west end of the island where the tallest Sumba traditional houses are located. The villages of Waingapu and Ratengaro are two places to be included in the visit today. Stay at hotels near Tambolaka airport. The options to stay at Oro beach or Mario Hotel by the beach
