Itinerary

Rest the night before your hike at a local hotel so you can get a good start on the mountain. Hike through tea and coffee plantations to arrive at jungle. Trek deep into the amazing jungle along a well-defined path with little shelters every couple hours to take a break and rehydrate. Ascend to the peak after ~7-9 hours and take in the astounding views. Explore a little and enjoy a nice meal before you get well-deserved sleep. Spend the second day walking to the highest point with views of the crater as well as views of the surrounding jungle and city far below. Read a book and take a relaxing time on top of the mountain. Enjoy your last night above the clouds and below the stars before you make your way back to Pagar Alam.
