We have had strong links with David Thompson, the first chef to get a Michelin star for Thai cuisine, and his head chef Matthew Albert has been a regular visitor over the years. Lynda has also travelled frequently to London to visit David at his divine restaurant Nahm to perfect her understanding of Thai cuisine and share her knowledge with her team and her students. Come along for a fantastic ride as we present a core group of brilliant recipes that are at the top of our ‘favourites’ list. We’ll show you how to find the right balance when you’re in the hands-on kitchen so that you leave confident and fully capable of recreating these gorgeous dishes at home.
