The historic center of Crotone is located on a hill, facing the sea. The tour continues with a visit to the Cathedral, which houses the original painting of the Madonna di Capo Colonna and the external visit of the Castle of Charles V.

During the Greek period a temple was built dedicated to the goddess Hera, protector of women, fertility and marriage. Explore the past and present in about 2 hours, take photos and immerse yourself in the exciting atmosphere of antiquity. With our expert local guide you will discover one of the symbolic places of ancient Greece; it is one of the most famous archaeological sites in Calabria, but also one of the most important and well-known sanctuaries in Magna Grecia. The sanctuary of Hera Lacinia of Capo Colonna, was located in a strategic position along the coastal routes that connected Taranto to the Strait of Messina.

Santa Severina, a small medieval village that is part of the Association of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Known as "La Nave di Pietra" because it stands on a cliff overlooking the Neto river valley. The guided tour also includes the 3 main monuments: the castle of Roberto il Guiscardo, the Cathedral of Santa Anastasia and the Byzantine baptistery, the only circular Byzantine baptistery in Italy. You will have the chance to admire this small and ancient medieval village. Then, the return journey to Lamezia Terme airport or Paola train station where our tour ends.
