The Kansai-Airport Express "HARUKA" provides direct access from Kansai-airport Station to Kyoto Stations. It only takes 80mins!

1) After completing the settlement, please confirm that the voucher was issued by My Page or E-mail. (Similarly for mobile)
2) Present the voucher and passport at Hana Tour Counter in Kansai Airport and exchange it for real tickets.
3) Traffic pass: Whenever the ticket is inserted into the ticket gate at the station and it will be considered as starting use.

If you can not board JR HARUKA bscause of weather condition or halting train, you can cancel and refund as follows.
- Not used ticket: Please get Certificate of Shutdown at the JR counter, then return the unused ticket and the certification to Hanatour counter at kasai international aitport.
- Used ticket: Get "halting train"stamp, then return the ticket(with the stamp) and your voucher to Hanatour counter at kasai international aitport.

Otherwise, Cancellation & refund is not possible.
