We recommend an early, 07.30, start to the day (a later start can be arranged as requested) to maximise your time in Petra.
Your private A/C vehicle (car for 0-3 passengers and a minivan for 4-6 passengers) will collect you from the airport or your hotel and drive the 2 1/2 hours south to the 2,000 year old Nabatean city of Petra for your private tour.
A local professional guide will take you on a 2 1/2 hour private tour of this fabulous site. Walk through the 1200m (2/3 mile) Siq to see the Treasury, the Street of Facades, passed the Theatre and down the Roman Street and have a panoramic view of the Royal Tombs before finishing the tour.
Your driver will drive you back to Amman (2 1/2 hour drive) and the end of the tour.
