Guest will experience both wild and beach safari for 10 days

Guest will use road and train transport during the safari.

NAIROBI/MASAI MARA/NAIVASHA/AMBOSELI/TSAVO EAST/MOMBASA

Day 1 Nairobi – Masai Mara

Arrive JKIA, you will be met by our representative and briefed on the safari. Depart Nairobi for a journey south along the floor of the great rift valley then past Narok climb the western wall entering Hemingway’s country ‘’Serengeti plans’’ Arrive in time for lunch. Afternoon enjoy a game drive in this famous reserve. Dinner and overnight at Lodge/camp.

DAY 2: Masai Mara

Early morning balloon safari is available as an option at USD 450 per person. The Balloon launches at 0600hrs and takes one hour. On landing you will be welcomed with a champagne bush breakfast.

Full day at this famous reserve searching for wild game. Depart after breakfast with picnic lunch. The Mara is the land of African legend: Lion are abundant throughout the park, as are the elephants, giraffes, and a variety of gazelle species and zebra. Cheetah and leopard are also regularly seen and, less commonly, rhino. The annual wildebeest migration, one of nature’s few remaining wildlife spectacles, occurs in the Mara from July to September where the big animals and their predators are to be present in abundance during the time frame of this trip. Several species of Bee-Eater, the flying rainbow that heads the list of the Mara’s birds, occur in the reserve. As well as wildlife, the Maasai Mara is also home to many members of the colorful Maasai tribe who may be seen around the borders of the park – Morans (warriors) loping across the plains, young boys herding goats, or elders grouped under a tree discussing matters of the day. Return to the lodge in the evening. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge/camp.

DAY 3: Mara – Naivasha

Early morning game drive. Breakfast at the lodge/camp. Depart for Lake Naivasha. A stopover is provided at Narok Town to browse in the bustling, vibrant Masai markets to buy curios and handicrafts. Arrive Naivasha in time for lunch. Afternoon take a boat ride with an optional visit to the Crescent Island. Lake Naivasha is a beautiful freshwater lake, fringed by thick papyrus is almost 13 km’s across, but its waters are shallow with an average depth of five meters. The waters of the lake draw a great range of game to these shores. Giraffes wander among the acacia, Buffalo wallow in the swamps and Colobus monkeys call from the treetops while the Lakes large hippo populations sleep the day out in the shallows. The rest of the evening leisure. Dinner and overnight the lodge.

DAY 4: Naivasha – Amboseli

Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed south to Amboseli. The scenery on this drive is predominantly of open wide spaces characterized by a sparse settlement system mainly along the road. You would be interested to know that this was the first National Park established in Kenya. You arrive in time for lunch. The early afternoon is spent at leisure within the camp premises and in the evening you depart for a game drive till dusk. Dinner and overnight at Lodge/camp.

DAY 5: Amboseli National Park

Early breakfast. Depart with picnic lunch for a full day game viewing. We recommend you wake up for the best view of Mount Kilimanjaro which is visible on a clear day.

Amboseli National park is strategically situated at the North West foot of Mount Kilimanjaro which is not only the highest peak in Africa but the second highest in the world. On a clear morning you will easily see the snow cup that crowns its peak from the comfort of your hotel room or while out on a game drive. Most of this park consists of a dry, ancient lakebed and fragile grasslands with patches of acacia woodland. It is in this park more than anywhere else perhaps in the continent that you are bound to see large herds of Elephants. Dinner and overnight at lodge/camp.

DAY 6: Amboseli – Tsavo East National Park

Breakfast at the lodge/Camp. Depart for Tsavo East is Kenya’s largest game sanctuary famed for its huge herds of elephants. Arrive in time for lunch. Enjoy an afternoon game drive in the beautiful park. The park home to lion, rhino, giraffe and zebra as well as a variety of other smaller game. Dinner and overnight at lodge/camp.

DAY 7: Tsavo – Mombasa

Early morning game drive. Breakfast at the lodge/camp. Depart for Mombasa with picnic lunch.

Arrive in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

DAY 8 & 9 : Beach

Two full days spent to enjoy the beach. Optional excursions available at an extra cost.

Meals and overnight at the beach hotel.

DAY 10: Departure

Breakfast at the hotel. Check out and transfer to the Train station. 0800hrs Depart for Nairobi. On arrival pick up and transfer to the airport for final departure.
