Stop At: The Great Rift Valley View Point, B 3, Kenya

Brief stop at The Great Rift Valley viewpoint to marvel one of the wonders of the world, stretching from the Middle East, down through Africa, reaching as far as Mozambique. The staggering view, as you approach from Nairobi, Kenya is quite unbelievable. The ground suddenly disappears from under you to show the huge expanse of the great rift, stretching for thousands of miles in either direction.

Stop At: Hell's Gate National Park, Lake Road South South of Lake Naivasha, Naivasha 20117 Kenya

We explore one of Kenya’s smaller national parks, which can be explored on foot. A game walk or bicycle ride amid gracefully grazing gazelles, larger antelopes, buffaloes, Zebras and Giraffe is a delightful experience. You will also enjoy a Spectacular Hell’s gate Gorge walk.

Stop At: Crescent Island Game Park, Naivasha Bottom Road, Naivasha 20117 Kenya

We head out for a boat ride that takes you to the Crescent Island for a once in a lifetime “walk with the animals”. A haven for birders, Lake Naivasha is at the highest point in the Great Rift Valley, and one of the best ways to view the wildlife here is by boat. More than 400 species of birds have been spotted here, including African fish eagles. Hippos slosh in the water, and giraffes, zebra, buffalo, and eland graze around the edges of the lake. Keep a lookout for colobus monkeys in the canopies too.
