Kirindy Forest / Tsingy

This is one of the most visited National Parks in Madagascar, because of the spectacular and picturesque landscape, and also the appearance of the crazy rock structure. Above all, the famous suspension bridge.

Itinerary

Day 1: Fly from ANTANANARIVO- MORONDAVA

Stop At: Aéroport de Morondave, Morondava, Madagascar
Transfer from the airport to Morondava town or to the hotel.
Duration: 1 hour

Day 2: Drive from MORONDAVA to KIRINDY FOREST

Stop At: Kirindy Forest Morondava Madagascar, 117 BP Tsimahavaobe, Morondava 619 Madagascar
This is the start of the adventure by 4WD to Kirindy forest which is about 50 km from Morondava, passing through the well-known place "Baobab Avenue".

Lemurs (white, brown ...), Lemur (Fosa) .From dusk, night walk for spotting "Mouse Lemur" and some species of nocturnal animals.
Duration: 2 hours

Day 3: KIRINDY- BELO-BEKOPAKY

Stop At: Tsingy de Bemaraha Strict Nature Reserve, Madagascar
The next trip, to Belo on Tsiribihina, but crossing the big river by ferry in Belo, and one can have lunch there. Then, drive to Bekopaky village by crossing the river of Manambolo which is the gateway to the Tsingy of Bemaraha.
Duration: 6 hours

Day 4: SMALL TSINGY

Stop At: Tsingy de Bemaraha Strict Nature Reserve, Madagascar
The river trip on Manambolo by local boat (canoe); to see the beautiful stalactites, stalagmites.

The Ancestors' (VAZIMBA) is the last part of the Gorge of Manambolo.

Tsingy for few hours walking.
Duration: 4 hours

Day 5: BIG TSINGY

Stop At: Tsingy de Bemaraha Strict Nature Reserve, Madagascar
In the morning, drive to the big tsingy for about 17 km from the village (more or less 1 hour drive).

 To see: The unique rock structure view of canopy, the dancing lemur which is called Decken's Sifaka, the common brown lemur, some species of birds, the famous succulent plant (Pachypodium or elephant foot) ...

 Caves, the famous suspension bridge, some of the Big Tsingy.

Day 6: Drive back to MORONDAVA

Stop At: Aéroport de Morondave, Morondava, Madagascar
After the breakfast, drive back to Morondava by 4WD again, heading towards the LOVERS BAOBAB, and then passing by the BAOBAB Avenue or Alley for a wonderful color of the sunset.
Duration: 8 hours

Day 7:  Transfer to the Morondava Airport

Stop At: Aéroport de Morondave, Morondava, Madagascar
