Itinerary

Day 1: KUALA LUMPUR - CAMERON HIGHLANDS

Stop At: Gombak, Batu Caves 68100 Malaysia
The iconic Batu Caves blazing in rainbow colors is the home of Hindu Deity Lord Subramaniam who is honored during Thaipusam every year. Devotees come to give thanks for vows fulfilled. Ladies to be properly attired to enter the temple - knees and shoulders covered.

Stop At: Cameron Highlands, Cameron Highlands, Pahang
FREE BATU CAVES TOUR since enroute.
Cameron Highllands is a hill resort with cool temperatures and farmlands, flower nurseries, wildlife, aborigines, lakes and waterfalls. It was discovered by British Geologist Sir William Cameron 1885. It is a tea growing region and instrumental in drawing visitors to the highlands. Walk through a tea plantation for photo shoots. Then at the Vegetable Market see various, vegetables, fruits, flowers for sale. Some farmers are into organic farming for the growing niche markets. Malaysian dinner. Bring sweaters as the nights are cold.

Day 2: CAMERONS - RAINFOREST BELUM

Stop At: Belum-Temengor, Malaysia
Rainforest Belum Temenggur ( an unspoilt rainforest paradise) over 130 million years old, covering 117,500 hectares with 3,000 species flowering plants, 3 species of the world Largest flower - Rafflesia, 10mspecies of horn bills and a mesmerizing Rainforest Waterfalls is truly a fascination.
On arrival at Belum Jetty, you will be whisked away for a jungle trekking experience.

The experienced Nature Guide will belt out facts and taboos of Belum, the aborigines, the medicinal and poisonous plants and the aphrodisiacs therein. Trekking opens a world of many jungle surprises and experiences. You will be greeted by the
aborigines. See their fire making skills and blowpipe hunting techniques. They live care free lives and the rainforest is their supermarket. Look out for the World's Largest flower Rafflesia and also for horn bills, monkeys as they come crashing on the crown shy canopy above. You will then reach a mesmerizing Rainforest Waterfalls for a swim and a wallow to feel the cool crisp mountain waters as they caress you. Packed lunch served.

Day 3: RAINFOREST BELUM - PENANG ISLAND

Stop At: George Town World Heritage Incorporated, No. 116 & 118 Lebuh Acheh, George Town, Penang Island 10200 Malaysia
Penang Island is one of the prime tourist attractions and listed as a UNESCO Heritage site. Sir Francis Light founded Penang in 1786 and he first landed at Fort Cornwallis. The island boasts luxury hotels at the happening place of Batu Feringghi belt - a beautiful beach set up.

On arrival at Penang, visit the CLAN JETTY The Chinese Communities of earlier years formed clans and lived on houses on stilts partly submerged in water with plank walkways.
TRISHAW RIDE The exhilarating ride should give one an insight of Georgetown - the heritage Capital of Penang Island.

BATU FERINGGHI is the happening place of Penang Island - the Batu Ferringhi Beach belt. It boasts of luxury resorts with well landscaped swimming pools, beautiful stretch of sugar white sandy beaches. Besides there is a wide selection of restaurants selling fascinating Malaysian as well as International Cuisine.
