Handmade pasta

I am the executive Panzerottaio and founder of Panzerotto's Family, which offers in the cities of Puebla and Cholula the delicious Panzerotti of Apulia's regional food in Italy.

Before opening Panzerotto's Family, when I lived with my family in Italy I have always been passionate about food no matter where in the world I was.

In fact, I enjoy cooking so much that four years ago I spent my time in supporting restaurants and hotels to improve their quality in the dishes they propose.

I started my own gastronomic company of Panzerotto's Family, proposing artisanal cuisine from the southeast of Italy and thus being able to share my passion full time also organizing workshops for the production of pasta.

Itinerary

I will welcome you to my kitchen to learn the art of preparing the perfect handmade Pasta, according to the recipe of my grandmother Rosina and my mother Dina.

Like every Sunday in my family, the «nonna Rosina", together with my "Mama Dina", prepared the food from 0 so I will teach you to prepare the perfect pasta, without machines, only with your hands, fresh local ingredients and love.

We will taste the pasta that we will make together and at the end of a coffee "della moka" as a family tradition Pugliese.
