We're two young entrepreneurs, very passionate about nature. One of us, Roberto, works hand in hand with some communities by teaching them how to grow mushrooms, while the communities teach him about foraging for edible mushrooms in forests. The other one, Diego Nino, is one of Mexico's most important chefs, and also, a chef with a huge commitment to the environment. He has won several competitions around the globe.

On this experience, guests will be driven 40 minutes outside Mexico City, to an amazing place where they will forage one of Mexico's most diverse forests for mushrooms and edible plants, all while bathing in the smell and taste of a natural wonder. After enjoying all of what the forest has to offer, guests will enjoy a four course meal, cooked right in front of them, by one of Mexico's most acclaimed chefs, Diego Nino. The meals will be cooked using only local produce grown by our amazing neighbors and grilled on top of two bonfires while Chef Diego walks the guests through his amazing culinary experience. At the end, guests will be taugh how to make pickled mixes from foraged ingredients, so the following group can do the same and take home what the previous group prepared. It's an amazing experience to bond with nature while enjoying delicious food! Great for trekkies and foodies! Pets are super welcome as well!
