Do you want to train in the outdoors? Book a bootcamp! During a boot camp you can enjoy sports outdoors, in groups and under the guidance of a trainer. Training includes running, interval training and fitness exercises. Bootcamp is perfect for improving your strength and fitness. Moreover, you always have someone nearby who motivates you to make just a few extra repetitions. Fun and effective at the same time!
