Social Fit provides training in the open air of Rotterdam. Our way of training is aimed at boosting overall fitness by combining strength, speed and cardio. Every workout is different, but Social Fit ensures that every muscle group is addressed. In our opinion, the best way to retain results is to train in groups. The motivation, energy and inspiration of our trainers and other participants ensures that you give that little bit extra. And all this to great music!
Circuit training. The perfect way to get stronger quickly and increase your endurance. During a circuit training, different exercises are plotted whereby a different muscle group is trained with each exercise. Among other things, we use loose weights, the TRX, sandbags, wallballs, steps and your own body weight. Spicy, but also very effective, and that's what you want, right?
