At Bodytime Amsterdam we get excited about exercise. Our inspiration comes from gymnastics, acrobatics, dance, yoga, martial arts and athletics. The result of this is an effective and practical training method aimed at developing a fit body and clear mind. Everyone is welcome with us: from young to old and advanced athletes to beginners.

Work on your condition, become stronger or let off steam? Go boxing! Boxing is a tough and technical sport where ring insight, fitness, strength and coordination are central. You do not immediately enter the ring during boxing training. There is a lot of attention for condition, sparring and improving the technique of bumping. There is always attention for personal goals. Do you ultimately want to be in that ring or would you rather keep up with the training?
