Machu Picchu Tour Full day

Today you will have the opportunity to visit the archeological site of Machu Picchu one of the 7 Wonders of the World. Enjoy this fascinating train ride through the beautiful Sacred Valley of the Incas up to Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu town). From the train station the guide bring to you to the bus station to take the bus up to Machu Picchu, then you will explore with our professional guide the Machu Picchu Sanctuary, a wonderful Inca citadel built on top of the mountains during the rise of the Inca empire. Visit the various attractions within the city such as Intiwatana, The Sun Temple, agricultural area and urban area where the main civil and religious activities were developed.

Around 5:30 am., we will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco, and transfer to the train station.

The train ride is 4-hours approximately arriving in Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu town) where the guide will be waiting to bring you to the bus up to Machu Picchu. It takes about 30 minutes.

Upon arrival you will have about 2:30 hours private guided tour. Then you will have  free time to explore the site at your own. Then you will take the bus down to Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu town) for lunch.

Afterwards, you head back to the train station to take your train back to Cusco.
