The trail continues gently upward for approximately four hours until we reach the beautifully Inca complex denominated Wiñay Wayna, which is a perfect place to eat a nutritious and plentiful bag lunch. Sub-tropical flora and fauna surround us as we continue 2 hours more to the Sun Gate, from where we will get our first views of Machu Picchu.
