Polish liquor making and tasting

You will have an opportunity to learn something about infused alcohol making, and polish drinking culture.
You will make your own alcohol you can take with you home, and share with your friends.

Itinerary

First you will have short introduction to polish drinking culture, and history of polish alcohols. During that you will try 4 shots of polish spirits (vodka, moonshine, and some most popular local flavor vodkas) to feel what we are talking about.
Then you will learn how to make your own flavoured spirits. You will prepare 3 polish liquors:
- amber vodka
- "Żubrówka" bison grass vodka
- honey and lemon vodka
You will bottle them in 100ml/0,1qt bottles, which you can take home with you by plane, and enjoy them with your friends.
