What is Arvorism?

To understand what tree climbing is, we need to know the meaning of the English name of this activity. Itinerary

10 meters are the numbers that separate it from the ground, 8 suspension bridges are the number that separate it from the end of our circuit of Arvorismo. There are several challenges we put to our participants: from overcoming fear of heights, to dexterity, balance and agility.
