Yoga Walk and Organic Vegetarian Lunch

We will start our day with 30 minutes of yoga stretches at the edge of the Tejo River. I will lead you through some fun balancing poses to build energy for your day. After the warm-up we will power walk through Lisbon's historical and sometimes steep narrow streets. We'll take a walk near the the river to Cais do Sodré and visit the Mercado do Ribeira (food market) then up to Chiado and on to the miradouro São Pedro de Alcântara (viewpoint). We'll make our way down to Baixa and end our walk at the restaurant. (1h30m). Our final destination will be a delicious and healthy lunch at a local organic restaurant.

We will meet in Praça do Comércio

 at 10h15 in the center of the square in front of the big statue of a man on a horse. If you are staying outside old town Lisbon take the metro (blue line) to Terreiro do Paço.   Then we will start our morning yoga class at 10h30 until 11h near the Tejo river.   You won't need to bring a yoga mat as we will be doing mostly standing postitions.   After the yoga class we will walk along the river to Cais do Sodré and to the Mercado do Ribeira (TIme-Out Market).  After we will make our way up to Chiado and to the Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara for a beautiful view of Lisbon.  Then we will visit Largo do Carmo and then walk down to Rossio and Baixa.  We will arrive at the restaurant at 12h30.  Wear comfortable shoes.
