The tour provides travellers with authentic South African township experiences and vibes. During the tour travellers get to experience three modes of transportation namely; walking, taxi ride and donkey cart ride all in one.

NB:The term Township in South Africa refers to areas of predominantly black occupation, formerly officially designated for black occupation by apartheid legislation.

-Visit the government building where the township locals used to gather to watch TV when no one in the whole township owned a TV.
-Get to see the paraffin pump that provided the whole township with light and cooking energy when there was no electricity in the area.
-Take a taxi ride to hear about South Africa’s political icons who were born in the township and see where they lived.
-See the mountain that produced sandstone used to build a portion of the Union Buildings in Pretoria
-Hear about Mama Winnie Mandela’s visit to the township in 1986 and see the place she visited.
-Hear about the late Minister of Environmental Affairs (Edna Molewa) and see where she lived.
-Hear about the Deputy Minister of Communications (Pinky Kekana) and see where she lived.
-Visit Mama Setati’s home for some home brewed African pineapple beer.
-See the first local shop to be established in township.
-See the first creche to be established in the township.
-See the first bar to be established in the township.
-See President Jacob Zuma’s informal settlement.
