Our journey continues along the picturesque coastline to Hout Bay Harbour. Here, you have the option to either take a 45 minutes return boat trip to Seal Island or visit the flea market for some shopping. This is a beautiful experience not to be missed when the ocean is calm. You will spend approximately an hour here to explore the seals and birds on the rocks soaking up the sun, also a market where you could bargain for gifts and souvenirs.

From only two breeding couples in 1982, the penguin colony has grown to about 3,000 birds in recent years. Admire them from a designated viewing point, and observe these creatures as they go about their day.
