Durban - Private Trip - Marlin and Game Fishing on a 34ft Sport Fisher

Marlin and Game Fishing in Durban is thrilling on our 34ft Convertible Sport Fisher called Fat Girl.

On this trip we target Marlin, Tuna and other Game Fish far offshore. This is a long range trolling trip looking for big fish and sometime we encounter rougher waters.

In the warmer summer months from October to May we have Marlin in our waters along with Sailfish, Yellowfin Tuna, Dorado (Mahi Mahi) and Wahoo. The best time for Marlin is from December to April. In the cooler winter months we go out in search of Yellowfin Tuna and Sailfish and on occasion we have caught Marlin in the winter months.

We have often got a Blue Water Grand slam on these trips. (Tune, Wahoo and Dorado)

All tackle and bait are provided along with help from the crew.

We are highly experienced and know our waters well, have a good record and reputation but do not guarantee any fish, there are too many variables and conditions dictate, we always give our best efforts.

Marlin fishing is not easy and we do not always get a strike, this needs to be understood upfront, if it was that easy everyone would be doing it, the angler will also have to be strong enough and fit enough to be able to fight a Marlin successfully.

All our Marlin Fishing is strictly catch and release.
