We fresh smoke gourmet meats, cheeses and herbs. Because we import our smoking woods from Canada and USA there flavours are unique. The curing of some of our meats and fish are an organic process. Two of our products that really stand out is our Canadian maple syrup cured Salmon candy and our organic cured Pastrami!
