Once introduced to their kitchen, the workshop kicks off with a tasting session. All carefully prepared to perfection, the sampling menu consists of a spectacular array of ten tapas, originating from various cities within Spain. From kitchen novices to cooking enthusiasts, those of all skills will take pleasure in learning how to cook Just Royal traditional menu of Spanish omelette, seafood paella and Crema Catalana.

Not to mention, the workshop is heavily assisted by an endless flow of wine, making both cooking and dining even more enjoyable.

For an upgrade, begin the tour with a stroll through La Boqueria, one of the most important markets in Spain. Listen to a guide explain the area’s history as you shop for ingredients for the class.

Next, head to the our space in Plaza Real, hands-on cooking class. Learn a variety of traditional Spanish recipes for dishes such as paella, patatas bravas, and several kinds of tapas. Taste as you go along and listen to the chef explain how to use important regional ingredients such as olive oil, tomatoes, and herbs.

At the end of the class, sit down to the end product feast over dishes of Spanish omelette, Iberian cold cuts, Andalusian fish, garlic prawns, croquettes, cheese, anchovies, mussels, and octopus. Relax in a private room and sip on unlimited complimentary wine, beer, and soft drinks.
