Morning Yoga in Anaga Yoga Tenerife

Doing yoga with views to gorgeous mountains, the vast Atlantic ocean, the quaint village of Taganana and palm trees is something that will leave you with a sensation of fulfillment and peace.
We are going to do the class on the rooftop of a traditional Canary house located in the National Park Anaga, in the Northern Mountains of Tenerife.

It is going to be a great way to start your day before hikes in Anaga or a day on the incredible beaches of Benijo, Almáciga or Playa de los Roques de las Bodegas.

Itinerary

Doing yoga with views to gorgeous mountains, the vast Atlantic ocean, the quaint village of Taganana and palm trees is something that will leave you with a sensation of fulfillment and peace.
We are going to do the class on the rooftop of a traditional Canary house located in the National Park Anaga, in the Northern Mountains of Tenerife.

We are going to do a complete session, that can fit if you are a beginner as well as if you have experience:
Starting with breathing and a bit of meditation. Then we move on to the body, warming it up gently. Afterwards we start our sun salutations and flow of the day, which we focus on the needs of Your body. Last we'll do stretching poses and then a guided relaxation.

In the meantime you can enjoy the most amazing views on the island and breathe the freshest air you can imagine.
