Paella & Jazz is a local project that seeks to offer an experience during which the traveler feels that he has gotten into the Valencian culture without falling into false tourist attractions.

To live what the paella implies in the culture and Valencian families is something that they will be able to experience here, all this, put in march in a house of 1919 of the district of fishermen of Valencia of the Cabañal where the artist of the experience lives who will touch of natural form and improvised jazz for a small group of people.

Paella & Jazz must be known by all travelers because it looks for a tourism not crowded in which the traveler feels at home being in direct contact with the culture of Valencia and Cabañal.

Itinerary

This experience is a mix of typical Valencian cuisine with live music. I want to show you how to cook traditional Valencian Paella while you can see in first person what it is like to live in a beautiful 1920's house in the fishermen's district of Valencia, knowing more about its history and present.

First, travelers who can attend the morning experience, we will be at 10am at the entrance number 6 of the Municipal Market of Cabañal I will accompany you to make the purchase of all the necessary products to cook the paella through a small tour through the market and through the same neighborhood.

Then, we will arrive again at the house where the experience will take place in which you can enjoy a tasting of the typical Valencia cocktail: Agua de Valencia, while you enjoy live jazz in the same house !! We usually have collaborations with local musicians!

At that moment we will start with the preparations of the paella and when they are ready I will start cooking the paella and step by step they will be able to see how the real Valencian Paella is cooked! That's right ... I'll need your help to cook it! They are ready?
