Clients will be met by a Cruising Excursions representative at the port of Palma then guided to their air-conditioned transportation ready to commence their tour.

Our most popular half day tour offers fantastic photo opportunities, breath taking views, an opportunity to view the scenic beauty and the chance to see the ‘other’ Mallorca – the one that mass tourism hasn’t discovered yet. Our air-conditioned coaches and mini-coaches with our official English speaking guide depart and return to the port (transportation will be parked alongside your cruise ship, not a lot of walking to meet your tour, we have access to the port).

VALLDEMOSSA - We journey through the stunning Mallorcan countryside to Valldemossa – a beautiful town located 15 kilometres north of Palma and surrounded by the Tramuntana mountain range. This well-maintained town with its old streets, charming buildings, well-kept gardens, hanging baskets and small street cafeterias and bars create a relaxing atmosphere. The most famous attraction is the Cartuja de Valldemossa. This monastery was the home of Frederic Chopin, the Polish composer and his partner George Sand during the Winter of 1838-39. Entrance to the monastery is optional and is approx. 7 Euros (payable locally).

The Palma Highlights will do exactly what it says on the tin. You will start your journey marvelling in the beautiful coastline of Palma, on the way to the main historical highlights of this Island. You will be in awe of the scenery on the approach to the Famous Palma Cathedral dominating the bay of Palma an architectural jewel of the Island. (Entrance tickets are not included but can be pre-reserved). You will commence a walking tour of the City of Palma which will last around 1.5 hours.

In 1928 work began to build the new bullring and the very first race took place in 1929. Over the years the Bullring has become a requested attraction and become very popular with visitors. The Bullring currently holds all different types of events including bullfighting, concerts and sporting competitions.

The tour will finish with a short stop in Palma shopping area, where you will be given time to browse the shopping area for souvenirs. Guests will then be taken back to Palma Port to board their ship.
